Purpose
To provide assistance for students who want to further their education at a two-year or four-year vocational-technical school, college, and/or university.
Eligibility
A high school senior or college student who has pledged not to drive distracted. The student must demonstrate outstanding character in service and leadership and serve as a positive role model for safe driving to their peers.
