Matt Raehn

Born and raised in Hilton Head Island, Matt Raehn’s love & passion to see the Lowcountry thrive is unparalleled. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009, where he double majored in Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurial Management. Entering the professional workforce at the height of the recession was obviously less than ideal timing. Matt worked for New York Life in Columbia for a little over a year before joining Aerotek, the nation’s largest privately-held staffing & recruiting firm with capabilities to serve every major industry. 

Now Division Director for Aerotek, Raehn brings 7+ years’ experience in human capital management & workforce solutions in the Lowcountry having supported many different customers in the Aviation, Government, Construction, Environmental & Engineering Services industries. He also sits on the board for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) in Savanah as their STEM Director. 

As a proud Bluffton resident with his wife Kara and their son Cohen, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and being on the May River.
