The CIP is a working blueprint to establish the financing, location, and timing of infrastructure projects over several years.
The CIP is updated annually to reflect changing community needs, priorities, growth patterns, and funding opportunities to ensure infrastructure is implemented to advance the community strategic and long-term goals and objectives.

Define the long-term CIP projects list, scope, and budgets.
Develop annual project schedules and program for development for each project.
Coordinate and direct project planning, design development, and construction documents
Permit projects through applicable regulatory agencies.
Prepare and obtain easements necessary for project development.
Prepare and coordinate project bidding and procurement.
Provide or coordinate construction administration and inspections.
Close out project with agencies and plan for long term operations and maintenance.
